We have a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order for a return to be processed, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, (not worn or used), with full tags, in its original packaging. We will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your order is accepted, we will send you a returns shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong product or service so that we can quickly assess and correct the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for certain types of products, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special requests or personalized items), personal care items (such as beauty products),
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items (items subject to offers and discounts) or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item to be exchanged, and once accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.
It must comply with the above conditions (never worn or used), with the inclusions, in its original packaging. We will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will inform you and contact you once we receive and check the problem, and we will let you know immediately if the refund is approved or not;
If approved, your money will be automatically refunded using the same original payment method within 10 business days.” Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund as well.
